You are invited to a conversation to help plan the course for “NCPAL 3.0” at the New College Public Archaeology Lab.
10:30 a.m.: tour the lab and campus (on your own)
11 a.m.: Uzi Baram provides a slide-illustrated overview of previous public archaeology endeavors based at New College of Florida.
11:15 a.m.: Jeff Moates, Florida Public Archaeology Network—west central director, moderates a conversation on the future possibilities for NCPAL—suggestions for the next three years’ community-based public archaeology and heritage studies.
12:15 p.m.: Continuing discussion over lunch next door at the Hal C. Ball Anthropology Classroom, catered by Little Greek.
12:50 p.m.: Wrap-up comments by Uzi Baram.
