Computer gaming is a multi-billion dollar industry with scores of job opportunities for creative designers. On Saturday, Dec. 1, from 9 a.m. to noon, USF Sarasota-Manatee will host a seminar, “The Business of Computer Gaming,” that lays a foundation for aspiring game designers.
The three-hour event is free, open to the public and will be held at USFSM’s campus, 8350 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota.
The Andrew Mellon Foundation and New College of Florida is sponsoring the event.
